June’s episode of the Tippet Rise Podcast
June 8, 2020
June’s episode of the Tippet Rise Podcast is the second of two dedicated to exploring poetry and prose as sources of solace during difficult times. The Tippet Rise team collaborated to create this episode, reading works by a wide range of writers, from the 13th century Persian poet and Sufi master, Rumi, to the former Montana Poet Laureate, Tami Haaland, the farmer and environmentalist, Wendell Berry, and the Poetry Foundation’s Young People’s Poet Laureate, Naomi Shihab Nye. Once again, we endeavor to tap into these writers’ deep wisdom and share it with our listeners.
