Jenny Chen and Jiacheng Xiong Duo Piano Recital

Description

Hearing two pianos play a concerto brings up inner voices and dialogues which are often missed in traditional orchestral accompaniments. Jiacheng Xiong, a student of Robert McDonald at the Curtis Institute of Music, joins Chen for today’s performance. Chen and Xiong will play Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Concerto No. 21 in C Major, K. 467 and Franz Liszt’s Concerto No.1 in E-flat Major.
